Dikeledi completed her Articles at Rantho & Associates Inc In 2022 and she was subsequently retained and appointed as an Associate Attorney in 2023. Her areas of practice include amongst others: Family Law, Corporate and commercial law, Labour Law related matters, Drafting of wills and General Civil Litigation.

Dikeledi considers herself to be a multifaceted professional who participate in many activities outside of work, but within the legal profession, with a primary goal to learn from her colleagues on how to maintain healthy relationship with clients and remain in tune with everchanging jurisprudence.

Dikeledi Enjoys empowering Law students and prospective legal practitioners, Mentoring and offering them opportunities in the field. Her office facilitated a Spring Vacation Work Programme where law students were introduced to various Law firms and Magistrates Courts offices. This is a progressive programme which saw few of the students being offered opportunities for articles of clerkship by participating firms, after completing their Qualifications.
